Epic Sports delivers to all areas in Lebanon.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

Large equipment and special-order products may require additional preparation time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • In Lebanon: 2–5 business days.
  • Large, heavy, or professional equipment: Delivery time will be confirmed separately

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the location, product size, courier availability, weather, road conditions, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size
  • Product weight
  • Number of packages
  • Special transportation requirements
  • Installation or assembly requirements, when applicable

The final delivery charge will be displayed during checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

Large machines, weighted bases, badminton posts, professional training equipment, and oversized products may require a separate delivery quotation.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available.

Customers must provide a correct phone number and complete delivery address.

Our team or delivery partner may contact the customer before dispatch or delivery.

Missed or Refused Deliveries

The customer is responsible for being available to receive the order.

Additional delivery charges may apply when:

  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address
  • The customer cannot be reached
  • The customer is unavailable at the agreed delivery time
  • A confirmed order is refused
  • A second delivery attempt is required

Orders that have been prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refused without applicable delivery and handling charges.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect the packaging and product immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage, missing product, missing part, or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours.

Signing for or accepting the delivery may confirm that the package was received, but it does not remove the customer’s right to report a hidden manufacturing defect within the applicable period.

Delivery Delays

Epic Sports is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Road closures
  • Public holidays
  • Strikes
  • Security conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Supplier delays
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

International Shipping

Epic Sports currently does not offer international shipping/offers international shipping.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and import charges required by the destination country.
